Hello Sam,
Thank you for taking the time to reach out to your readers and tell them about Lucia Crenshaw, St. Timothy's and Mama Hope. It is people like you who really help a tiny organization like Mama Hope to be exposed to people who would otherwise never learn about our work.
Since meeting her, Lucia has been an inspiration to me. The way that she has brought her friends and family together to make St. Timothy's School a reality is incredible. She has done something that is very difficult. She has caused people to care about a community thousands of miles away that they might never have the chance to witness. And these people, through their donations are changing the lives of thousands of children in Moshi, Tanzania.
I had the pleasure of working with Lucia at the current St. Timothy's school and seeing the love that she showered on everyone she met. It was a truly beautiful sight to behold.
America's Giving Challenge has only 2 days left. I would love to win the $10,000 prize but I feel we already have won. In under a month we have raised over $12,000 for the school and we are now 19th place out of 7,673 organizations who are participating in the contest. This in itself is a miracle for our tiny organization.
Thank you again for your support of Lucia's cause!
All the best,
Nyla Rodgers
Founding Director, Mama Hope

I used to be the guy Sam was talking about. I frequently came home tired as sh*t, as well as broke. For the majority of my college years, I ate poptarts and hot-pockets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Dude food by Sam saved my life. Unlike Sam's workout routine, there is No Experience Required for his quick and easy meals. Thanks to "Iron Chef" Sawyer, I have an all new appreciation for cooking.

Hi Sam, Back in the late 60's when I met Bill, he had a desk, a list of possible contacts, and a black touch-tone telephone at Paine, Webber, Jackson & Curtis brokerage firm in the First National Bank in downtown Dallas. Unlike brokers today he had spent several months in New York in training and preparing for his job. You are "right on" with your "Walking a tight rope" blog entry - there is definitely a fine line in the art of communicating with prospective clients. Every reader will benefit from your ideas using the newest technology.
